The Role
As the Application Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the application support team. This includes:
1. Managing the release process for applications
2. Developing relevant metrics and measures
3. Working closely with other IT management personnel
4. Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory policies
Key Requirements
1. 5+ years in application support, IT operations, or a similar role
2. 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity
3. Experience managing and supporting critical hospitality applications
4. Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) & Point of Sale (POS) systems
5. Knowledge of booking engines and CRM platforms
