As the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will oversee a team of five individuals and take charge of maintaining the building, utilities, and infrastructure across the entire site, including manufacturing and office buildings. Your key responsibilities will involve ensuring legal compliance, managing contracts, and coordinating with external suppliers.
Ideal professionals will have prior experience in maintenance and facilities leadership within the manufacturing sector, coupled with expertise in building maintenance, compliance, and facilities management. Possessing relevant qualifications in maintenance, facilities, and engineering is essential.
