We are seeking a welcoming and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, operate the main switchboard, and provide expert knowledge about the Resort and the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle guest queries via phone, post, online, and in person.
2. Maintain a strong knowledge of Galgorm Collection services to assist with bookings and inquiries.
3. Identify and maximize sales opportunities.
4. Follow reception procedures and complete daily administrative tasks.
5. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
1. At least 6 months of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Confident IT skills, including Word and Excel.
3. Passion for the hospitality industry.
4. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Warm, friendly, and professional attitude with pride in appearance.
6. Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
7. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
8. Experience working as a switchboard operator.
