But what’s the role?
We are looking for an ambitious Head of Marketing with cyber security industry and early stage startup experience to work with our business and commercial teams to establish a global, world-class marketing function.
Sounds great – what will I do?
* Define your vision for our marketing and PR strategy, and set clear goals and a roadmap for success.
* Continue to strengthen the watchTowr brand as an authentic, credible cybersecurity industry leading organisation.
* Design marketing activities and strategy in collaboration with the commercial/sales team.
* Execute the full spectrum of marketing activities across demand generation, brand management, content creation, product marketing and partnership marketing.
* Build a world-class marketing engine – design the functions and team you want to build, and then execute - recruiting, on-boarding, empowering, and mentoring team members to deliver outstanding results.
Sounds perfect to me, what specifics are you looking for?
Core Skills
* You have 5+ years of B2B/enterprise tech marketing experience, in a fast-pace environment where you played a pivotal role.
* You have experience in the cyber security industry, specifically with vendor product marketing or security consultancy marketing.
* Your marketing efforts have been focused on senior stakeholders (CXO) inside regional and global enterprise organisations.
* You understand the difference between delivering an outcome, and selling features.
* You have built a global marketing strategy - not regionalised or localised someone else's strategy, but built.
* You’ve worked in startup environments before, and don’t rely on teams elsewhere to accomplish your goals.
* You understand the differentiation of marketing activities needed to support direct sales, and partner/channel sales.
* You have experience rapidly building highly effective and high performing teams, that rally around a shared mission.
* You can lead, and execute yourself – we want you to own the function, and build the business case to expand the function.
