We are actively recruiting an experienced and highly proficient Facilities Coordinator to assist in the maintenance and day to day running of our Head Office, based at Bournemouth Airport.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work closely with the Management Team to oversee the general maintenance and functionality of our offices. You will be required to handle a wide range of duties to ensure the smooth running of our building on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements
1. Previous experience working in a similar role
2. Right to live and work in the UK – sponsorship is not available
3. Full drivers licence and access to a vehicle
4. Ability to pass company background checks, including criminal record checks
Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
1. Inspecting the building to identify vital services, repairs and maintenance work
2. Proposing and gaining approval for any required work from your line manager
3. Managing building and system emergencies as they arise
4. Managing the car park facility, ensuring it is kept clean and functional
5. Sourcing contractors and suppliers for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, renovations, waste disposal, gardening & cleaning supplies
6. Managing budgets and identifying areas for cost savings
7. Forecasting the future needs of the building
8. Writing maintenance reports
9. Ensuring compliance with all safety and security protocols
10. Managing the cleaning team
Salary for this position
Hours
1. Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
2. A degree of flexibility is required to meet business need
