The role
Hayesfield Girls’ School is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Manager for 37 hours per week over 5 days, term time only plus 5 INSET days. This post will assist the Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral) in ensuring that students comply with school expectations and develop a sense of pride, both in school and individually.
The Pastoral Manager will have responsibility for a specific Year group, and in particular vulnerable groups of students including pupil premium, looked after children, child protection and sick children. This post will be the first port of call for carers in relation to attendance, welfare, behaviour and barriers to learning. The successful applicant will complement the existing team.
