The Role:
My mainstream client based a short commute from Cheltenham is actively seeking a compassionate and inspiring Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP on a full-time permanent basis. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisation and be confident in navigating challenging behaviour at times. The role will require providing one-to-one support for students including those with complex learning needs and SEN requirements. You will be crucial in guiding students across a range of ages and academic ability to help bolster their understanding of the curriculum.
