If the answer is yes, then this is the role for you No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training and continued development This role is split into 2 parts: Inbound calls - where you will be answering the calls coming into the business Outbound calls - where you will be calling clients (this is where you will earn commission) You will be taking inbound calls from clients, finding out who they need to speak to, and transferring them to the correct person or department. If you are unable to transfer the client straight away, this will involve sending messages and updating notes on the client file, and setting realistic expectations for call backs. The client may want to talk to a Sales Adviser they have been speaking with, they may want to speak to our Customer Services team if they have any questions or issues with their policy or our Retentions team to cancel their policy. This part of the role requires you to provide excellent customer service, good questioning and listening skills and to be professional at all times You will also be calling clients who have previously made an inquiry on our website for Private Medical Insurance (this does not involve any cold calling). Your aim is to briefly discuss who we are and what we can do for them, then transfer them over to a Sales Advisor who will discuss the options.
