Restaurant Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service and a top-tier dining experience.
* Assist in leading, training, and mentoring the restaurant staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
* Help implement operational procedures to maintain efficiency, service quality, and food presentation standards.
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and contribute to cost-control efforts.
* Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow and maintain menu consistency.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
* Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and licensing requirements.
* Support promotional activities, special events, and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
Requirements:
* Experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a fast-paced restaurant setting.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and support staff.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with restaurant management systems and technology.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
