1. inspHire is a market leader in the development and provision of rental software to a variety of sectors addressing single or multi-branch operations
2. As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for demonstrating our state-of-the-art product Current RMS, and nurturing prospects through their 30-day trial.
3. Completion of project-based work as/when required by the Online Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Help the business and team to deliver their annual Current RMS sales revenue target
5. Ask the correct qualifying questions to prospective customers to ensure we are pairing their business with the correct software product in our portfolio
6. Provide detailed solutions meetings with any level of customers, from staff on the shop floor right up to c-level execs
7. Keep our CRM system up to date with new trial sign ups and logging proactive calls/emails that have taken place
8. Provide proactive implementation management, to ensure all prospects are using the system and remaining on board after their trial period
9. Contact lost customers to understand their reasons for leaving, to pass on user feedback to our Product Management and Development teams to help us continuously improve our products and processes
10. Attend industry shows across the world to showcase our products to prospective customers
11. Occasionally provide one-hour online demonstrations/onboarding sessions at 7am to prospects in Australia, or 5pm sessions to American prospects on the west coast
12. Take part in ad-hoc projects/responsibilities as required by the Online Sales Manager. This may also involve learning and helping out with other products in our rental portfolio
13. Keep up to date with all products in the rental division
Skills, Knowledge and Experience :

14. Grade C or 4 in GCSE English Language and Maths
15. Excellent communication skills, especially oral
