The role is to enable ongoing coaching for suppliers and internal colleagues on article master data system, processes and attributes. Leading in-depth analysis on data accuracy and continuous improvements and efficiencies for processes, guidance and controls. This is an opportunity to work in a great, fast paced team with lots of opportunity and support to develop. You will have visibility of numerous departments across the business and be encouraged to drive change. The key activities involved in the role means you will have an appreciation of end to end article creation process. Key Responsibilities: Article master data subject matter expert, responsible for customer training/coaching on article master data Supporting the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of Boots products, validating data in line with given standards Achieving agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) within the role Working cross functionally and building key contacts across all areas of the business Leading continuous process improvements and efficiencies to drive simplification Governance is a key part of the role, to support communication and engagement with customers in order to deliver right first time data What you’ll need to have Strong knowledge of the article creation and maintenance process Strong understanding of Stibo STEP Experienced training and coaching external suppliers on a system and processes Comfortable presenting and leading large group sessions Well organised, excellent short and long-term planning, with brilliant attention to detail, with a right first time attitude Ability to multitask and prioritise workload alongside good time management Strong ability to communicate effectively whether face to face, telephone or email Collaborative team working and relationship building Positive attitude, ability to deal with last minute changes and queries Experience and knowledge of how Commercial and Supply teams operate in large organisations Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines Self-motivator, confident and able to use initiative to create and/or seek out solutions Ability to be adaptable and flexible Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) essential Our benefits Boots Retirement Savings Plan Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a child Flexible benefits scheme including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and more.
