Masters level qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience Evidence of management development Experience in managing community health care services or clinical specialties Track record of leading and achieving significant changes Leadership of service development Experience of working across departmental and organisational boundaries to deliver specific targets and to improve services for patient care Evidence of working with and influencing MDT team, including medical staff.
