Parliament Hill School and William Ellis School are seeking a dedicated Sixth Form Student Support Administrator to support both schools within the Sixth Form Centre. This pivotal role, reporting to the Sixth Form Centre Manager, will ensure a student-focused environment across both schools and help maintain efficient administration. Responsibilities include supervising student study areas, supporting attendance and punctuality strategies, and supporting the smooth running of the Sixth Form experience at both Parliament Hill and William Ellis. You will also assist with administrative duties such as attendance recording, exam invigilation, and supporting communication between staff, students, and parents.
The ideal candidate will have GCSEs at grade C/grade 4 or above or equivalent including English and Maths, with prior experience in an educational setting. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
