Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Morpeth. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients and estate agents. Day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, coordinating updates with partner law firms for a transparent customer journey through the conveyancing process, handling client inquiries, and ensuring all documentation and processes are managed and processed efficiently.
Qualifications
* Account Management, Client Relationship Management
* Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills
* Attention to Detail, Problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with Property Industry, Estate Agency and the Conveyancing Process will be prioritized
* Proficiency in using CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
* Ability to work on-site in Morpeth
