About the Role: The EV Network Operations Specialist will report to the Network Operations Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the EV charging network. This role involves supporting the customer-facing team, providing remote technical assistance to field engineers, and ensuring high network reliability. Key Responsibilities: Network Operations: Become a specialist in the operation of the EV charging network, supporting engineers and maintaining chargers. Technical Assistance: Offer remote technical support to field engineers and troubleshoot issues. Data Management: Keep accurate records of technical issues and report to senior stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Learn and adapt as the network grows and new technology is integrated. Support Customer-Facing Team: Assist the customer-facing team by resolving complex technical issues and providing necessary information. Qualifications and Experience Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic environments. Strong organizational and teamwork skills. Confident with technology and eager to learn more about the EV domain. Experience in a technology-focused company preferred. Hands-on experience with IoT devices, such as EV charge points.
