Job Summary
As a Business Analyst in a DevOps environment, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, solution architects, developers, and operations teams, to gather and analyse requirements, define user stories, and ensure that the solutions delivered align with business objectives.
Mission & Responsibilities
* Requirement Gathering: Work closely and engage proactively with stakeholders (conduct workshops, interviews, and research) to understand and document business objectives and requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities that support the specification and design of technical solutions to business requirements.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements (BRD, Solution Design Document), mapping processes, and user stories to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Testing and Validation: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
* Collaboration: Facilitate communication between development, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of projects.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the DevOps pipeline, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of software.
Qualifications & Languages
* University degree.
* Languages: English (Fluent) & other language preferable.
Previous Experience & Industry Background
* Minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar role, preferably in a global production environment.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
* Detail-oriented, goal-line oriented, process-oriented.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural and multinational environment. Able to interact at all levels of an organization (global, local, regional, business unit, client, etc.).
Technical Skills
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other DevOps tools.
* Reasonable technical knowledge (familiarity with Adobe Content Supply Chain technology advantageous) and awareness in order to place requirements into context.
