Based in London:
* General day to day maintenance of properties
* 1st and 2nd fix duties
* Mainly Voids and Domestic Properties
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
* Experience in the role
* Time served or qualified in your field
* Driving Licence is required as may be a Van provided
* Local Authority or Domestic experience
What’s on offer:
* Salary: £20 to £26 P/H (Can be higher for certain roles)
* Contract type: Contract – 3-6 month minimum.
