Senior Residential Property Conveyancer
Location: Chesterfield (Office-Based)
Salary: £45,000 + DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

Role Overview:
You'll have the opportunity to lead a small Residential Property team from day one, with the exciting challenge of managing and expanding this team as our client continues to grow. As a forward-thinking firm, our client is committed to a continued and considerable investment in technology to streamline and improve their processes and to ensuring unrivalled client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
* Lead and mentor a thriving Residential Property team.
* Provide technical support to junior team members.
* Manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property transactions.
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Residential Property to drive the department's growth and success.
* Work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, highly organised, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
Our client is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or similar professionals with at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
You'll need to be proficient with IT case management systems and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A natural leader, you'll bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional communication skills.
