Hartford HealthCare, the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Connecticut, has a new growth opportunity for an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our cohesive team to provide value-based care to patients in practice-based settings in Hartford Healthcare’s East Region, which is ideally located close to the picturesque Connecticut and Rhode Island Shoreline, and Mystic Seaport.
Some highlights of this opportunity include:
1. Oncology Physician Assistant’s and Nurse Practitioners provide value-based care in an ambulatory setting, and will be involved in triage and the spectrum of outpatient management including, but not limited to the following: benign hematology visits, sick/urgent visits, chemotherapy education/teach visits, bone marrow aspirations, overseeing infusion follow-up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care.

Sites in the East Region include our Windham, Plainfield, Norwich, and Waterford practices.
