The Role: Handle in-bound order/sales enquiries with a vast number of clients, checking stock and pricing Raising quotes to customers and logging on quote tracker Electrical Contractor research, finding leads for external sales team Chasing quotations once raised by phone and email General office duties Fast paced varied role, building relationships with customers Full product and industry training will be provided The Person: Customer Service / Sales Administrator experience Electrical background would be an advantage Good communication / Telephone manner Positive and happy mind set The ability to retain information quickly Hours: Must be able to start in January 2025 Monday to Friday 8am to 17.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
