We are looking for someone who:
Is supportive of our Catholic ethos and who will contribute in a positive and proactive way towards the distinctive nature of our school
Is confident working with children across all Primary phases and at times unsupervised by a class teacher
Has previous successful TA experience
Demonstrates excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills
Enhances existing provision to support learning and participation through initiative and knowledge of how children learn
Develops and maintain effective and supportive relationships with children, their parents and those engaged with them
Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and communication skills
Is committed to promoting self-esteem in our children
