Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Top performers can earn up to: £50,000 per annum Benefits include: Company van (available for personal use) 30 days of holiday plus bank holidays - 38 days total 10% commission on successful recommendations Paid travel time and attractive on-site rates What you will be doing: Planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and repair of fire alarm systems, including Gent, Morley, Apollo, Fike, Kentec, Ctec, and Advanced. Servicing emergency lighting and AOV systems. Conducting small works and installation projects. Providing professional and customer-focused service to high-profile residential sites (no social housing work). What you’ll need: Expertise in fire alarm systems, ideally with additional experience in emergency lighting, AOV systems, sprinklers, dry & wet risers, and safety signage. Technical skills in service maintenance and small works. Strong communication skills and a professional, presentable approach. Geographical knowledge of West London, with a focus on Uxbridge, Watford, and central London regions.
