Senior Studio Floor Coordinator Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Studio Floor Coordinator to oversee the operational activities on the studio floor, ensuring that productions run smoothly. This position involves a variety of tasks, from logistical support to assisting shoot teams, ensuring that all production activities run efficiently and effectively. This role involves coordinating between various departments, managing the floor team, and maintaining high studio standards. About the role
* Manage a team of Studio Floor Assistants and Floor Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to the studios
* Assist in maintaining the organisation of the studio space, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-prepared.
* Lead and coordinate the activities on the studio floor, ensuring all equipment, product, props, and sets are prepared in advance of the shoot.
* Serve as a liaison between various departments, facilitating clear communication regarding schedules, needs, and updates.
* Relay information and instructions from the production team to on-site crew members and talent.
* Oversee the catering and hosting of our talent, creatives teams, and visitors.
* Manage performance on a daily basis by monitoring, motivating and coaching team members to achieve standards and objectives in line with company goals.
* Participate in pre-production meetings, providing input on logistical planning and studio layout.
* Address any on-set issues or challenges that arise during production promptly and effectively.
* Implement dynamic operational working procedures, to support the delivery of service excellence
About you
* Proven experience of working in a photo studio environment
* Experience of managing a team, with strong leadership skills.
* Excellent understanding of studio operations, equipment, and production processes.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage varying workloads and multiple projects with changing priorities.
* Experience of implementing and developing effective processes to deliver business requirements.
* Be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, senior management and external suppliers/clients.
* Excellent Google Suite experience including proven experience of using Docs/Sheets (Using Mac OS.)
* Full UK driving licence required.
