As a Receptionist, you'll be the face of our Leeds office, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for colleagues, stakeholders, and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and managing front-of-house services.
2. Overseeing office administration, including room bookings, reports, and compliance records.
3. Coordinating site facilities, ensuring health, safety, and security standards are met.
4. Managing contractors, maintenance tasks, and car park operations.
5. Supporting site audits and FM-related processes to ensure seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For
1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Strong administrative abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
3. Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a busy work environment.
4. A flexible, can-do attitude with a focus on efficiency and service excellence.
5. Previous experience in reception, facilities management, or office administration is beneficial.
