You play a key role by building and strengthening the sales team in the Midlands and South England.
You leverage your network, build long-term partnerships, and focus on results.
Expanding and coaching the sales team to excel in client relationship management and business development.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, architects, and developers.
Achieving revenue targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.

You are an experienced account manager with a strong network in the construction sector. You know how to manage long and complex sales cycles and have experience working with decision-makers and end clients in complex sales processes. At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role with a proven track record of revenue growth.
Strong networking skills and experience working with decision-makers and end clients.
Ambition to grow into a solid leadership role and gain experience coaching colleagues.
