About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
As a Night Senior Carer, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our care services. You will also support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support to our residents.
