Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and senior management team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting us in our day-to-day tasks.
Duties
1. Managing CEO and COO diary and travel plans
2. Managing meeting room calendars
3. Co-ordinating internal and external meetings
4. Supervising travel arrangements for Senior management Team
5. Event planning
6. Document preparation
7. Process expenses, prepayment cards, credit card and travel invoices for CEO and Senior Management Team
8. HR related administrative tasks
9. Manage holiday and absence tracker
10. Greeting visitors and general reception duties
11. Any other reasonable duties required to support the company in meeting its objectives
12. Have due regard for PV Grading, F680 and Export Licence Controls
Qualifications
1. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, under pressure
2. Ability to work within a small, flexible and dynamic team
3. Ability to be flexible in many different situations
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Hours: 37.5 per week
Duration: Permanent
Clearance: SC clearance is essential
Probation: 3 months

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
