HR Advisor
Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide strategic and operational HR support to multiple branches across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in governance, compliance, and learning & development within a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Governance & Compliance
Oversee and manage HR matters across all branches
Support and guide local HR teams to ensure alignment with HR policies
Ensure compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and procedures
Collaborate with Managers and HR teams to drive effective HR operations
2. Employment Law & Policy Development
Stay up to date with UK employment law changes and assess their business impact
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Provide expert guidance on HR best practices to Managers and Employees
3. Learning & Development
Identify development needs and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
Monitor and evaluate training progress across all business units
Source and negotiate with training providers to ensure the best solutions at the best price
Keep Training & Development policies up to date
Who We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a multi-site HR role (preferably international)
2. Strong knowledge of European employment laws
3. Ability to implement HR strategies and support operational HR activities
4. Experience in learning & development and training program management
5. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
