We are looking for an experienced planner to join our busy Projects Department. The role covers the UK & Ireland and there will be times when you will be required to attend site. Our head office is based in Liverpool but this position is a hybrid role and you would only need to travel to the office when requested. Majority of your time will be spent programme planning. Some of the key responsibilities are listed below: · Responsible for ensuring that internal planning processes and work instructions are followed on all assigned projects to allow for consistency and reporting. · Development of multi-discipline construction project programmes in accordance with contracted scope. · Successful in identifying any project deviations, slippage, opportunities, mitigations and communication of same to the Project Delivery Team. · Ensuring that all issues and risks within the programme are highlighted and understood by the Project Delivery Team, providing appropriate planning advice. · Delivering periodic project updates regarding progress, changes and delays that have impacted the project as required. · Assisting the proposals team to develop tender programmes. About you: If you have a background in both electrical and/or mechanical engineering, knowledge of the construction (design and management) regulation 2015 then this could be the next role for you. The ideal candidate will also have experience and knowledge in Microsoft office and Microsoft and be able to build good relationships both internally and externally.
