ULI, the Urban Land Institute, is a non-profit research and education organisation supported by its members. Founded in 1936, we now have over 48,000 members worldwide. ULI has been active in Europe since the early 1990s and today we have over 5,000 members.
Members, both individual and corporate, represent all disciplines active in real estate and urban development from public and private sectors, including architects, developers, investors, and urban planners.
ULI is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support and advance marketing efforts across Europe. This role requires creativity, strong organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. You will play a key part in planning, delivering and optimising marketing activities, with a focus on creating content, managing campaigns and engaging members across our European National Councils.
This hybrid role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution and performance analysis, ensuring a smooth and cohesive member experience while achieving measurable campaign successes.

Key responsibilities:
* Content creation and management
* Plan and create high-quality, engaging content tailored to European National Council audiences
* Support the National Councils to develop impactful email and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with ULI’s tone of voice
* Experiment with new content formats and assess their effectiveness
* Campaign execution and optimisation
* Manage day-to-day marketing activities, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms
* Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve engagement
* Track, report, and log all campaign activities to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
* Act as a liaison between Europe-wide initiatives and National Councils, ensuring cohesive messaging and activity
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
* Stay informed of industry trends to introduce fresh, innovative ideas
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in digital marketing, including social media (strong knowledge of LinkedIn required), content marketing, email marketing and campaign analysis
* Familiar with tools like Adobe Photoshop CC, Canva, and marketing analytics platforms
* Skilled in writing and editing content that aligns with an organisation’s tone of voice
* Analytical, with a track record of using data to inform and improve campaign performance
* A personable, excellent communicator who is accustomed to working as part of a team in a collaborative way
* Organised, agile and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyand prioritise workstreams according to business requirements
Additional ideal characteristics, but not required:
* Previous experience in a membership organisation and/or the real estate sector
* Fluency in a second European language
