The Role: They are seeking a proactive and efficient Supply Chain Executive to join the dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products reach customers on time and in full, supporting the Supply Chain function with a variety of day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities: Sales Order Processing: Manage the processing of sales orders for UK retailers and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock. Retailer Communication: Engage daily with retailers to resolve any issues related to shortages, delays, and order queries, prioritising these to maintain smooth operations. 3PL Coordination: Liaise with Third Party Logistics providers to ensure the collection and delivery of stock, addressing any problems quickly and effectively. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the business. Documentation Management: Handle all necessary documentation for UK and international markets, working closely with local authorities and validating shipping details. Purchase Order Management: Raise and manage purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to meet lead times for bespoke international markets. Reporting: Produce simple, clear reports (often in PowerPoint) to communicate operational performance to the team. The Person: Ideally having some exposure to a supply chain or logistics environment within the FMCG sector is preferred.
