Citadel Source is partnering with a successful healthcare company based in Worcester to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their growing finance team. The Role Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the accounts receivable function and provide support for any administrative tasks within the finance department. About You To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar position, a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, and sound knowledge of accounting principles. You will be detail-oriented, organised, and have strong communication skills. As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, your role will include, but not be limited to: Supporting the running of the accounts department Managing and processing customer invoices Assisting with monthly bank reconciliations Receive payments, match them to corresponding invoices, and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation Ensuring all customer account documentation is accurately filed Regularly report to Credit Control on outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
