Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for our client, a global supply chain company based in the Livingston area. They have an excellent opportunity for a Customer & Sales Coordinator to join their small team on a permanent basis.
This role will be working hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the initial training period.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Processing sales orders
2. Maintaining delivery order spreadsheets
3. Dealing with any issues that arise day-to-day (late deliveries, failed deliveries, customer amendments etc.)
4. Managing additional charges from hauliers
5. Maintaining CRM systems
6. Transport organisation
7. Warehouse stock management
8. Matching customer credit requests
Experience Required:
1. Previous administration experience, ideally dealing with sales orders and managing customer accounts
2. Experience of using SAP is highly desirable
3. Candidates looking to work in a varied role, within a small team and keen to develop their skills and experience
4. Ability to provide excellent customer service
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
