The successful candidates will work with our current Senior Art Director across a variety of sports and entertainment briefs within a vibrant global environment. Are you a senior creative (or mid-weight ready to step up) who is passionate about all aspects of creative ideation and can bring lots of ideas? The successful candidate will be able to work across both existing clients and pitches in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Be one half of a go-to team for the department. Consistently producing heavy-hitting ideas and campaigns on brief, on time and across any media without constant oversight. Simultaneously manage multiple projects with varying deadlines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (creative, client services, and strategy) to develop the best possible creative ideas that hits all criteria. Gather and add learnings and insights to make concise, relevant recommendations. Able to present with flair and pitch at all levels - from senior clients and new biz to agency and creative leaders Collaborate with senior creative team leaders, project management, designers, and producers to successfully plan and execute production of ideas. Be as much of a friendly mentor as a proficient doer when working within our dynamic brand team structure. Growing our multidiscipline creative offering within the team. WHAT YOU NEED: Comfortable working in an ideas first partnership with an art director and able to bounce thoughts, spark each other, and collaborate fluidly. A natural storyteller with a strong instinct for tone of voice with the across different briefs. Copy is a craft and a passion for writing is preferred. Extensive experience in a creative agency or similar environment Experience working with sporting talent, sports clubs, music talent, brand ambassadors An impressive portfolio exemplifying previous success with proven ability to develop award-winning creative campaigns Proficient in Adobe packages (Photoshop, InDesign) A love for all things social, digital, and creative, with a keen interest in new platforms, technologies and innovation across our industry and the creative landscape. Demonstrable experience in successfully leading creative briefs Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with the wider team during pitches and presentations Cool and calm when working under pressure along with the ability to anticipate and solve problems Experienced problem-solvers with out of the box thinking. Ability to produce work to a high standard quickly and professionally with attention to detail. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and a commitment to delivering best practice and value.
