Job Overview
The Behaviour Support Assistant will work closely with students to provide support in managing challenging behaviours, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Duties include:
1. Implementing behaviour management strategies.
2. Assisting in the development and implementation of individual behaviour plans.
3. Supporting students in their social and emotional development.
Minimum Requirements
* A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or a related field.
* Experience working with children or young people with behavioural difficulties.
* Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Additional training in behaviour management or special educational needs.
* Experience working in a school or educational setting.
* First aid certification.
