We are excited to announce that we are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Fantastic Media UK Ltd, an integrated marketing agency located in the bustling centre of Leeds.
As an Account Manager, and reporting directly to the Account Directors and Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of effective marketing strategies for our clients across a diverse range of sectors, including B2B and B2C.
Our primary focus is to understand our clients’ businesses and identify opportunities for growth. To achieve this, you will work closely with our team of account executives, creative experts, web developers and digital managers. Your responsibility will be to deliver high-quality work that meets client goals and expectations.
You will be adept at managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that campaigns are executed seamlessly across multiple channels.
To be considered for this role, you should possess a proven track record in agency account management, with experience working in a similar role within a marketing agency.
A strong understanding of websites and previous experience on end-to-end web projects is beneficial.
Operate as the point of contact for assigned clients and ensuring clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
Planning and managing workload, briefing teams and liaising with the creative and web development teams in line with the direction and requirements of the wider agency
Quality control – proofing work to make sure it’s of the highest standard and devoid of errors
CMS updates – working on web-based Content Management Systems (primarily WordPress) adding blog content, updating pages, adding in basic meta etc (training given as required
Managing projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
~ Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
