Highfield Ely Academy is seeking a dedicated Work Experience Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. Title: Work Experience Coordinator Hours: 1 day (6 hours) per week (flexible scheduling available) Salary Range: ALT grade F, point 16-19 Reporting to: Department Leader (Uppers) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Uppers Department Leader and staff to build strong relationships with students. Assist in identifying and securing suitable work placements for students across all learning pathways (Blue, Green, and Yellow). Develop and enhance our Work Experience curriculum tailored to diverse student needs. Maintain strong partnerships with employers, organizing risk assessments and attending student interviews where necessary. Host engaging work-related learning events in collaboration with employers and external contributors. What Were Looking For: The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to fostering student growth.
