Deal with day to day activities at our Business Centre Reception desks including calls; visitors; clients including greeting and welcoming clients and visitors as soon as they arrive in the office, and directing clients/visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Ensure Receptions and Admin areas are kept tidy and presentable at all times
Receive, sort and distribute post/deliveries daily
Perform other Receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing and anything to assist other staff/departments
Process payments via bank computer system
Ensure office stationery/welfare supply levels are maintained
Sales - contact with potential clients who have registered interest in our serviced offices or meeting room hire; assist with site viewings; send correspondence following viewings
Update relevant spreadsheets
Sales make outgoing calls to potential clients to secure interest in our services
Admin duties including filing
Some Account support tasks
Requirement:
Minimum of 4 GCSE’s grade C or higher
Grade C or equivalent in either Maths or English
