This role will be primarily be an AV role, we will need the tech to meet following requirements in additional to the standard requirements: Knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and technologies. Front Line AV service support in a complex environment Experience trouble shooting Teams, Zoom and Google Meet in a wide range of environments Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software Support of key engineering applications at use within the business Move workstations and peripherals, as required Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes) (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting ADZN1_UKTJ
