Job role: Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Hours: Monday-Friday / Days only – 40 hours pw
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Responsibilities:
* Controlling the introduction of new products and processes from a QSHE standpoint through implementing either new product development or a cost saving route.
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are upkept across the site to ensure employee safety
* Work to ISO 9001 regulation standards and be trained in NEBOSH
* Respond & liaise regarding customer complaints to find the cause & implement new measures to ensure the issue is fixed
* Implementing Quality Assurance Tools
* Reduce waste, utilise renewable materials & energy.
The Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience working as a quality engineer or QSHE manager within a manufacturing environment.
* A good understanding of complying with various manufacturing frameworks (ISO 9001, 40001, etc.)
* Experience in reducing the impact of the business on the environment (waste, energy, renewable materials, etc.)
* Full UK Drivers Licence
