My client is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Progressor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume progressions efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the progression of new home sales from reservation through to completion.
2. Liaise with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales documentation.
3. Provide regular updates to clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
6. Proven experience in a sales progression role within the new homes sector.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
8. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
10. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering top-quality service.

14. £36k basic, OTE £40K+
