About the role:
You will support our branch and customers through administration services, working within our friendly team.
What you will do:
* Help contribute to the team's daily workload
* Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details
* Liaise directly with customers, providing excellent service
* Maintain, create, and update databases
* Maintain high-quality work consistently
* Communicate professionally and confidentially
* Develop your skills and knowledge continually
Your skills & experience:
* Confident in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and email
* Attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Polite telephone manner
* Good numeracy skills
* Adaptability to various tasks
