The Role: This role is project-driven, with some operational duties, and will focus on: - Leading a company-wide job evaluation project, collaborating with hiring managers to refine and develop accurate job profiles for over 250 roles. - Managing and maintaining control of job specifications, ensuring clarity and precision throughout the process. - Gathering and acting on feedback from employees at all levels to support the evolution of job descriptions - Occasionally supporting recruitment activities and the HR team with other projects as needed.
