You will be on hand in our Visitor Reception to answer queries and making sure visitors can find everything they need for their visit, to help with site coordination and to talk about conservation work and exciting programming and events for our visitors to enjoy.As the largest conservation charity in Europe, we work hard to raise funds to continue to care for our sites forever for everyone. Visitors are a vital part of what we do, so you’ll be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent service to all our visitors, every day. You will actively promote National Trust Memberships and talk to our visitors about how they can support our cause. There is plenty of opportunity to learn new skills This is an active role; you’ll deliver high standards of presentation at the property and ensure all our communications with our visitors are clear and consistent. You will help maintain site presentation through litter picks, ensuring signage is clean and presentable and maintaining the visitor reception tidiness and cleanliness through the day.
