Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a ground control system company who have been established for over 30 years. They are looking to recruit a Office Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Candidate must have a in date driving license and own transport to be considered for this role due to location of the office.
Hours: Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm
Salary: Up to £31,000 DOE
What will you be doing in the Office Administrator:
- Provide efficient back-office support to field operatives, remote workers, workshop team and directors
- Compile project billing documents in Excel from multiple data sources
- Payroll data inputting
- Manage digital document storage on SharePoint
- Assisting with general HR task
- Keep CRM and MIS systems updated with project activities
- Complete tasks on Sage accounts (invoicing & managing credit control)
- Supporting in developing and implementing process improvements
- General administration duties
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous administrative office experience
- Previous accounts and/or HR experience would be an advantage
- Previous experience working with digital systems
- High level of proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills are required
- Previous Sage experience
