The Company:
ER Recruitment are excited to be partnering with our client, a passionate and growing broker network who are seeking dynamic and energetic insurance account handlers to join their driven Leicester team and provide a collaborative approach to achieve success.
Role & Responsibilities of the Commercial Insurance Account Handler:
4. Servicing accounts for both the new business and renewal process
5. Managing inbound communications from clients and insurers, via telephone and email
6. Working alongside colleagues to maintain and proactively manage relationships
7. Prepare renewals, new business, mid-term amendments and client information presentations
8. Negotiating premiums, adjustments and terms with insurers
9. Respond to client queries and updating information accurately on the database
10. Managing a busy portfolio of clients, tailoring a bespoke service
11. Sending requested information and documents to clients and insurers
12. Assist less experienced colleagues when required
About You as the Commercial Insurance Account Handler:
13. Worked within a broker for at least two years dealing with commercial insurance products
14. Broad product knowledge range with good existing relationships with insurers
15. Risk aware in handling customer information
16. Good customer service focus with the ability to build a good rapport
17. Good communication and interpersonal skills
18. Accuracy and attention to detail
19. Strong negotiation skills
