Crimson Tide mpro Limited has an exciting opportunity available for a Solutions Architect to join our team based in Tunbridge Wells, on a 6-12 month fixed term contract. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable mpro5 solutions that align with enterprise clients' specific business needs. You will work closely with key stakeholders, translating complex requirements into best-in-class solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Reporting to the Head of PMO & Programme Management, you will be responsible for the end-to-end solution design process—from gathering and interpreting requirements to implementation and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities as our Solutions Architect: Consult directly with large enterprise customers to interpret requirements and deliver best-in-class solutions. Architect and implement solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Create and review architecture and solution design artifacts to ensure technical excellence. Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the full solution lifecycle. Evaluate and compare architectural options based on feasibility, impact, and strategic goals, proposing actionable plans. Collaborate with the Head of PMO & Programme Management to enhance environments, processes, code quality, maintainability, and performance. Work closely with the Customer Excellence team to ensure a consistent approach to quality and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Provide remote support to offshore implementation teams. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely project delivery. What makes you our ideal Solutions Architect: Proven experience in software product consulting and technical support for software applications. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and persuade stakeholders. Exceptional technical architecture skills, enabling the design of future-proof, complex solutions. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Strong knowledge of IT methodologies and software development life cycles. Experience in solution implementation, service management, and operations management. Awareness of emerging technologies and their potential impact on service offerings and products. Expertise in enterprise technical architecture design and delivery. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar tools for software development, support tickets, and documentation. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and processes. Intermediate proficiency in SQL, including experience writing stored procedures. Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
