Business Areas
As part of our business operations graduate scheme, you'll be exposed to the following business areas to work on projects and provide key business support:
* Project Management – Coordinate cross-functional teams, solve complex challenges, and ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
* Operations – Solve logistical challenges, from setting up production facilities to a drone testing centre or an AI powered data centre.
* Product – Help shape scalable, practical solutions that bring Rowden's expertise to market.
* Sales & Marketing – Support sales campaigns and proposals, develop marketing materials, and help coordinate high-impact events to engage customers and partners.
Key Areas of Responsibility
As a Business Operations Graduate at Rowden, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting real-world projects that add value to the business.
* Conducting research, investigation and analysis work to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
* Report writing and presentations.
* Coordination within specific areas of work but also cross-functionally.
* Hands on implementation of agreed improvement initiatives.
* Continuously improving your technical knowledge and skills.
* Participating in briefings, progress updates and contributing to wider team and company goals.
