Boasting 146 bedrooms and a number of event spaces, the largest of which proudly hosts events of up to 240 delegates, the hotel is a magnet for large conferences, social events, and weddings.
The Role:
As Night Manager, you will find yourself right in the heart of things. You will assist the Front Office Manager in leading the team on nights, ensuring that our guests are greeted and their needs are met.
1. Ensure the security of the hotel and guests through regular documented patrols throughout the night.
2. Deliver memorable guest experiences which support in driving Intent to recommend scores.
3. Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction survey results to ensure these continually improve.
4. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
5. Ensure all guest complaints are resolved in a timely manner and logged correctly.
6. Anticipate guest needs to deliver an above and beyond experience.
