Job Description:
We have a brand-new opening for an Operations Manager to join a well-established, independent hire company based in West Yorkshire. Here you’ll become an integral part of the team, heading up the Traffic Management division, overseeing operations, including strategic planning, resource allocation, project execution, and team leadership.

Responsibilities of the Role:
• Lead and mentor a team of managers, supervisors, and staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
• Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee the execution of traffic management projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Stakeholder & client management
• Develop and manage the division’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing revenue and reporting on KPI’S.
Requirements of the Role:
• Must have Team Leader / Supervisory / Team Management Experience
• The preferable candidate will hold Traffic Management experience
• Strong operational & communication skills
